For weeks I try to figure out how to get my Plaxo account working. I can not sync my online plaxo account with my mac, I can not delete groups and I can not access my pulse account. Customer support provides standard follow up emails but there is no action!
So what is the point to have a plaxo premium (PAID!) account? I guess nothing at all. it is time for me to move on and get rid of Plaxo and demand a refund. The customer advocate of plaxo is very nice and promises their support supervisors will follow up. But he I do not see an email from customer support and I am still facing the same problems. Before plaxo was acquired by Comcast I did not face these problems. From my user experience I can say to plaxo: Your (support) management sucks
