“SocialToo is your companion to the Social Web. We’re working to build all the tools you wish you had on the Social Networks you’re a part of, and bring them all into one place. It is the conglomoration of what you need on your social networks. Are you a Twitter user? Input your Twitter Username and Password into SocialToo! during the registration process, and it will automatically follow all those that follow you on Twitter. SocialToo! also has the functionality to blacklist people you follow so the auto-follow script doesn’t follow certain Twitter users of your choice. Stay tuned, and soon we’ll be providing ways to integrate Twitter and Facebook, and even other Social Networks together.”
Interesting to see how everything changes all the time.

Read on

Facebook CRM’, is a new application created by software development company LINK Development to enable companies to communicate with and handle queries from customers through Facebook. The new application adapts Microsoft’s ‘Dynamics CRM’ technology to the Facebook platform, enabling companies with this system in place to conveniently deliver services through Facebook. The companies’ customers, for example, can submit queries/requests from their Facebook screen, and be able to track the status of their submitted request and get real-time feedback. Interesting spin on social networking for busininess in my opinion.
