I do not think everybody knows it. But at Fusionsearchers I have 4 colleagues. Starting from next week you can find their profiles under the people tab of our website. In the mean time I can share some great news. Yesterday all our potential Advisory Board Members said yes to assist us building the Fusionsearchers Network for Human Capital Solutions.
The Fusionsearchers Advisory board is set up Wikipedia style. According to wikipedia: The Advisory Board is an international network of experts who have agreed to give the Foundation meaningful help on a regular basis in many different areas, including law, organizational development, technology, policy, and outreach. Their abilities, experience, and knowledge were selected for how they complement a particular Foundation project, or the organization as a whole.
I am confident we can build a great company with the assistance of Peter, Katja and Bob. You can find their profiles on our Network page

They looked at the number of friends that women have vs. men across these social networks.
I am considering to set up my own social network in http://www.ning.com. But before I start up I want to check out http://www.Insoshi.com. According to their website: Insoshi is a product and a project. The product aims to be the best open-source social networking platform. The project is to make the product! Since Insoshi is open source, you can download the code from our GitHub repository and make your own social network. Then stay in touch by joining theInsoshi developer site—which is powered by Insoshi!
I am definitely NOT a developer but let’s see if I can set up Insoshi.
It looks like a lot is happening recently in the Internet industry. And according to Morgan Stanley there is more to come. Check their latest presentation about internet trends at slide share.
For a number of months I see articles by IBM popping up covering social networking. Unfortunatly they are all about Lotus and social networking. In 1999 I used Lotus (and I disliked it). Anyway here is a presentation from the IBM social evangelist
